What’s the advance notice do I need to give to arrange pick-up?

It is really helpful that you place your request at least 5-7 days in advance. However, if you need to move your car earlier or immediately, we will do our best to assign your car to the first available truck. So, in most cases we can arrange pick up on your desired date.

What happen after I place order to ship my car?

After you arrange pick-up with us our dispatchers will assign your vehicle to the first available carrier. Then, we put you in direct contact with your carrier. This will give you ability to obtain all necessary information such as: estimated pick up and delivery dates. If the driver’s schedule changes, he will contact you to provide an updated times. Upon arrival at the pick up point, the driver will review the vehicle with you and complete a joint inspection report of your vehicle. The same will happens at the delivery point – driver calls to notify about arrival time. Upon arrival you will walk around the car and sign the inspection report. This is done in order to assure that your car delivered safely and without any damages.

Can you guarantee pick up and delivery dates?

Unfortunately there is no ability in our industry to guarantee your dates. Even though we work hard to place your car into the most efficient routing schedule there are some important factors (road traffic, weather condition and so forth) that can affect our pick up and delivery projections. So, all given dates are estimated.

How we calculate the shipping cost?

Pricing your request is determined by these factors:

  1. Distance between pick-up and delivery points and their geographical place.
  2. Vehicle size and physical condition. All carriers have weight limitations they can legally carry. It is regulated by Department of Transportation. So, there is a small price difference ($50-$100) between regular sedan and truck or SUV. Additional charges will apply ($50-$100) if vehicle is not in operational condition
  3. Level of service desired. In order to meet your personal needs we offer three different packages:
        • SILVER - economy plan. Allow you to save money if you have pick-up window between 5 to 10 days,
and travel route of your car matches with heavily traveled trucking routes.
        • GOLD - expedite plan. Perfectly works if your pick-up window narrows to 3 to 5 days,
and your travel route is not heavily used by carriers.
        • VIP - executive plan. This is the right plan if you have urgent needs and you need your vehicle
to be picked-up within 1 to 3 days.

What forms of payment are accepted and how does it work?

Payment can be maid by Visa, Master Card, cashier check or money order. We will work for you before you are charged any money. That means we will not take your deposit until we assign you a carrier. Once we have scheduled your vehicle for pick-up and delivery, we will charge a deposit to your credit card, which will reserve your spot on the carrier. Your balance is not due until your car is delivered. So, upon delivery remaining balance will be maid payable to the driver via cashiers check, money order or cash.

What kind of transporters are used to carry cars?
